Would it not be possible to make the subject of your post editable???
would be easier to alter posts..... i'm thinking especially in the "flag offers" section......where an offer has expired, the subject can be changed to "closed" to stop people posting and/or requesting.
another alternative would be to be able to delete your post completely.............. i think this will save a lot of dissapointment, and unnecessary posts.

The subject was previously editable for 5 minutes. I have increased this to 30 days.
