s10 does not set cookies ?
I recently created a spare counter under server 10. I noticed that s10 counts visits differently from the others. When I refresh the page, it counts as a visit. I dont have this problem with my other counter which is under s08. I believe s10 counters do not set cookies. This explains why it counts refresh visits. Please, can anyone confirm this ? Any help would be appreciated !

s10 is configured identically as all other servers. Does your browser accept cookies?

Actually I just double checked and IP tracking wasn't working correctly at this time. We block an IP from being counted again for a few hours.
Cookies were still working as normal. This does point to an issue with your browser not accepting cookies.

Yes, I've tried with 2 computers. I did not clear my cookies and I did not reset my internet modem. Both computers accept cookies. I even tried registering a second s10 counter but the problem persists. Currently I have accumulated 18 visits just by refreshing my homepage. My s08 counter is not affected at all. Thank you for helping Jeremy, I really appreciate it.

What browser are you using? Internet Explorer's default settings block "third party" cookies, which is what ours would be considered when placed on your page.

I see, that explains a lot, thank you. However, this problem has been persisting for the past 3 days. I noticed that some visitors to my site register 2 readings instead of 1 on my s10 counter. This did not happen on my s08 counter.

I used both Internet Explorer and Opera.

Ok, I noticed that you have visited my site and there are 7 visits from the US currently. How can I explain that ? It does not make any sense.

Of course, please carry on. Dont worry about my counters, I am more concerned about the problem in general.
