Lost stats for my Flag Counter yet again
Hi,
My flag counter appears to consistently be reset back to zero. This has happened several times now with the last one in the last couple of days. What can I do to get my stats back and better how can I keep this from happening? This is the counter I use.

Thanks

That is a brand new counter. It couldn't have been reset because it was just created. I would suggest registering your counter when you create it, so that you can refer to the email that was sent to you if you ever misplace your code.

Re: Lost stats for my Flag Counter yet again
It is not a new counter.
I have had this counter on my Last.fm page for several years. The only thing I have done recently is that yesterday after I noticed that it had reset once again I went in and added this "/flags_1" to the code which perhaps made it look like it was just created.
My question is still unanswered though. Why does it keep resetting?
I'll create a new one and register it as suggested if there is no way to get my stats back, since the current one is basically a "new" one anyway.

Re: Lost stats for my Flag Counter yet again
It is definitely a new counter. The red "Welcome to Flag Counter!" message at the bottom is only shown on brand new counters.
Someone or something must be altering the code on your site to have a different identifier (the "cFge" part of your code). If this part is changed, it results in a different counter being displayed (and if it doesn't exist, a brand new one)
