Spam for requesting flag
Posting in a social media such as Facebook is considered to be a spam. Why..?? But then why on Twitter is not?? I've got my 1st China flags from twitter using their native language.. How about when you are using an email??
I've got a Bosnian flag from Bosnian Gov using an email..

spam is what someppl do in networks like tagged, flickr, Hi5, posting hundreds of comments with it's counters...
Everything is allowed, depending on the way you use it. The difference between spam and non spam is in the ammount of posts you do to get flags =)
