charval, you are wrong.
According to several independent sources the flag is correct as presented on flag counter. Mine shows the red on top. Are you sure that you have checked the correct country?

I urgently suggest to open a new topic if the content is deviating too much of the initial. Alaska and an US counter is very much away from S America. It would be better to place that query at a separate topic. Nobody will assume that problem in a S America topic.
