Flag Counter Forum / Very rare regional flags

Rod, Kuwait and Paraguay. Remove these countries from the table? Or mark a "rare flag"?

Regions. 2/6 KW and some 8 from PY are rare

Each Canton has good number of IP ranges dedicated to different towns, so all 12 Cantons are not hard to get
