everyone in internet is tagged with an IP.

you need to have a visitor who have an IP from the flag country you want.
or you need to change your own IP to the flag country IP you want by a Proxy.

How to get these IPs or Visitors to visit your site:

1) Promote your site at social network web pages that have users from every country in the world.

Example: I registered to tagged.com or Hi5.com.

then i Browse for peoples from the country i want. ( Country: New Caledonia)
then i [post a comment] at their profiles page.  (Hi... check this site: http://is.gd/01234 )

and wait a day, a week a month.... and hope someone from that country  visit your site.

2) How to get a Proxy and visit your site:

2a) Learn how to add a proxy to your web browser.
2b) Search for the proxy from a country you want at proxy list sites.
2c) visit your site and maybe mine too
