I Cant Put Flag Counter In My Website
Hello men and women!
(My english is a bit bad)
I have create a new site in webs.com and i want to put there flag counter,but i dont know how!
I register,then i choose all the options and press the Orange button for FLAG COUNTER.
i write my e-mail and then appear a ''code''.I dont know how and where have to put this code!
Plz help me and answer me!

Select whether it is for a website or forum and copy the code and place it where appropriate.

Look,i make all the options i want to Flag Counter,Press the Orange Button and it says to me write my email.I write it and it gives me one code!Where i must put this code and how?I did that you said,but when i go to check if it works,i see only the code

It is likely that you have to amend the code according to webs.com request. You should consult their FAQ's in that regard.

One more question but i dont know if it is legal :D
how can i change the numbers of visitors and flags?i have seen many people to do that..

there is no way you can change the number of visitors or flags....its impossible.
