    Why does it say my flag counter has had 1220 views?

    I just wondered why my Wordpress blog which I have only recently started has had only 47 views in total over 10 countries but when I clicked on the flag counter and got to the breakdown with the map, it said the flag counter has had 1,220 views?

    Pageviews loads every time your Flag Counter is displayed.  If you refreshed your browser, it would add a pageview every time.  I do not know what Wordpress is keeping track of.
