s05 takes approximately 25 - 30 seconds to load. But it's still faster than it used to be

It looks like there was a brief connectivity issue on s03
We upgraded s09 and s10 a couple days ago and those servers are both operating at about half capacity. There shouldnt be any slowness at all there.
