Putrajaya
According to this:
neither Kuala Lumpur nor Putrajaya has their FIPS code assigned, yet Kuala Lumpur is available and Putrajaya is not. Why's that? Shouldn't they both be?

Re: Putrajaya
Okay, they both have a FIPS code. Wikipedia sucks. But it still should be possible

Re: Putrajaya
It is in our system. Looks like there are only 30,000 residents, however, so it might just be extremely difficult.

60,000 if I'm not mistaken. And all of them count as Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.

Re: Putrajaya
I still owe you a visit from there Holland, and other members as well. I've not forgotten.
Can't assure anyone that Flag Counter or the ISP counts it as Putrajaya and not Kuala Lumpur, Selangor or Unknown though.

Re: Putrajaya
Putrajaya is the only remaining "impossible" flag from Malaysia.

It would be fairly easy to get Putrajaya if the local ISPs assign proper locations to IP addresses. In the past, visitors from Petaling Jaya ( in Selangor ) are counted as visits from Kuala Lumpur. Telekom Malaysia ( major ISP in Malaysia ) only corrected this in Q4 2011. Nowadays it is MUCH easier for FC Pro users to get visits from Selangor. I'm sure many of you guys noticed it as well.
I don't know if they've fixed Putrajaya yet. No harm hoping though.
