That is correct. It was assigned a FIPS code that we did not have in our system yet. I have updated our records and this flag is retroactively available.

im thinking these should now be showing as Zabaykalskiy Krai
That is correct. It was assigned a FIPS code that we did not have in our system yet. I have updated our records and this flag is retroactively available.
Does this imean that CHITA is now impossible, or is that still available????
my last hit from there was march 9th.

Chita is now Zabaykalsky. That means Chita doesn't count anymore.
