There are two letters useD for abbreviation of name of the country (next to the flag) and ID is for Indonesia, which is in Asia/Pacific region.

Yes, they are different.
Asia is a continent and Pacific is an ocean. (Of course you know these too)
And obviously, Asia/Pacific as a region has no flag ...
