I have it indeed , but this is not the point, it doesn't count always on other servers too
Others should also be able to get it, collecting flags should be fun .
A flag can't become a "personal" item, if I can help somebody I will !!!!!

No. We're discussing those that are impossible because of mistakes in IP database. Ingushetia is correct in the IP database but extremely hard. Just like Tuva.
