some of those russian flags are more luck than skill , but yourself, shame i almost think there are a few russian flags that are almost on the dead flag list.

It's the same as with Mongolia... Ingushetia, Koryak, Tuva, Taymyr and currently even Aga Buryatia are incredibly hard...

Ingushetia would be easy if it wouldn't count as Chechnya
I think Koryakskiy AO, Evenkiyskiy AO, Komi-Permyatskiy AO and Aga & Ust Orda Buryatiya are the hardest, none of those regions exist anymore
