Re: What's going on ?
So, anyway, back to topic.
This is the list of currently impossible regional flags:
BELARUS
Minsk Region
CHILE
Arica y Parinacota
Los Rios
COLUMBIA
Bogota (Capital District)
Guania
Guaviare
Vaupes
Vichada
CROATIA
Zadar
INDONESIA
Bangka-Belitung
Gorontalo
North Maluku
Papua
Riau Islands
West Papua
West Sulawesi
MALAYSIA
Putrajaya
RUSSIA
Ingushetia
U.A.E.
Ajman
VENEZUELA
Federal Dependencies
Those that used to be possible, but they're not anymore
COLOMBIA
Arauca
EGYPT
North Sinai
VENEZUELA
Amazonas
So, Jeremy, is there any possibility that some of them may actually be possible, but there's an error in the database, just like the 10 you've already fixed?
Any new regional flag that becomes possible is a great addition
PS: I didn't count Mongolia, cause it sucks.

Re: What's going on ?
I will go through this list as soon as time permits. Note that there was no error in the database though, otherwise you wouldn't retroactively have all the flags that you missed out on. It was that we were using a different information source for the regional FIPS code. Each region has a FIPS code, and in some cases they either duplicate or overlap. You can see more at

Why are you using the FIPS list made by the american government and not the ISO 3166 that is the standard one for the ccTLD?

Re: What's going on ?
Well, at least Papua from Indonesia should be possible. Revolvermaps count it correctly.
BTW, Malaku is actually Maluku

You got the point. I thought it was FC's English name for Maluku, cause Malaka is on Malaysia. Or Malaka + Maluku = Malaku.
