Flags don't count
I have visitors that show up in the Visitor Log, but on the FC they don't count.
Please explain.

Are they marked as a new visitor? How do you know they don't count?

I had visits on the 20th, 25th and today and the flag gets stuck on the 17th on my counter
They don't show up as a new visitor in Visitor Log

If they are a repeat visitor then they are not supposed to be counted again. I have looked over your counter and it appears to be functioning correctly. I believe you are referring to your Vatican City visitor, who has already been counted in the past, and was not counted again on their return visit.
