How come the number of visits from rare flags countries, like 1 to 5 visits, are exactly the same on my counter as on another user's counter here?

I can understand that the two counters may now be on the same site somewhere since the day I joined this forum. So the new visits will increase the same.

But there were 4 flags where I had 1 visit long before I joined this forum. Yet they are on the other counter as well. Too much of a co-incidence. Can anyone explain ?

edit - make that 7 flags where I had just the 1 visit when I posted my FC link here. UM, Timor Leste, French Polynesia, Dominica, Bhutan, Kiribati, Tuvalu. All these have had new visits since I joined this forum.

Except for Tuvalu which still has 1 visit, from May 17, 2010 - nearly 2 years ago.

Yet this other counter has exactly the same number of visits and dates, even for Tuvalu. And today you cannot even view that person's counter, either directly, or on their site. There are many other flags that have an equal amount, too many to mention.
