Rwanda proxy IP
Can anyone here explain why Rwanda proxy IPs are now counted as Burundi by Flag Counter ? Every proxy site - and other sites that track your location, eg, Map Loco, Feedjit and Revolver - they all agree that the proxy visit is from Rwanda.

I have had the same phenomena long time ago.

THIS IS A FREAKING MISTAKE EITHER IN THE PROXY SERVER OR THE FLAGCOUNTERS DATABASE!!!
Was is that hard to spot that?

Well, as I said before...Flagcounter is missing an entire country (Tuvalu). This don't surprise me. At least are just some IP Ranges of Rwanda are being wrongly counted.
