Where is flag of Kosovo?
We can not see Kosovo in the Country List:
I think Kosovo must have a flag because it is more deserved than Taiwan.

Yes I agree, we need a flag from Kosovo but I'm afraid is not recognized by many countries. I guess it is the problem

i think that the flag of kosowo is not listed in flag counter country list!
and it is indicated as anonymous proxy!

Kosovo doesn't have a top level domain yet, as far as I know they were refused from the corporation in charge of assigning internet numbers, so you have to wait a year or two for that to happen.
Until then you'll get Serbian flags (and no anonymous proxies 
).
