Uncounted visitor from FM(Micronesia)
Someone from Micronesia visit me last.fm and left me a shout and it didnt count him,why?
BTW im using s02

I think it happen sometimes thats visits not count i had a visit from Sierra Leone too but at the first visit i dont get the flag. Try it again maybe then the flag count.

How can you be sure if he fully loaded the flagcounter? Maybe he didn't. If you put flagcounter too big, there are chances it might not be properly loaded.
Or another option, he's not in the country, or using another provider.
Another option, read blub's post.
And I think it's all explained in other topics. Next time use the search button. You've been here for a long time already, this is something you should already know.

Kid, shouting twice doesn't mean that he fully loaded your flagcounter image. He might already post it before fully loading images, that can happen. And I believe you're not reading everything I posted and on those threads.
