Why is nearly every thread on this forum LOCKED?
This needs to stop!
What kind of forum locks every posting?

I close the topic when
1. the offer is terminated (for flag offer section)
2. the problem solved (for help section or flag counter pro section)
All other topics are kept open until the topic initiator contact me to close it.
I think it is a good way to keep discussions topic related.
I will not stop this procedure.
