Correct me if I'm wrong about the Hiroshima Prefecture flag
Just pointing out here and i maybe wrong, but isn't the Hiroshima Prefecture flag white on a reddish background, not black on a white background.

It should be the same background reddy colour as Aichi Prefecture.
