That's cute, but it needs to have a functioning ccTLD... And it's a long time away from having that

Well, so be it. It is not yet time Kosovo.
But if the whole thing in a functioning ccTLD, then why missing the flag of the Soviet Union? As far as is known he is still in use and has a functioning ccTLD.

fips 10-4 was withdrawn about 5 years ago. It uses a specific iso3166 code, which is EU.
