i lost everything, some flags i wont ever get again like my 13 from Antartica, if it isnt restored back to normal.

Good is, that you have your flag counter URL.
You have to
1. open your flag counter via http://s06.flagcounter.com/more/6JpZ/
2. go to your flag counter management
3. regenerate the html.
4. insert the html into you blog again.
That's all.

I have git no idea why you referred to s07 when trying to access the admin page. Anyhow, the html above refers  on you initial post.
