This offer is now closed - again. I only do this for 2 or 3 hours. And when I get messages at 3.38am my time "am I too late ?" of course it's too late. Ever heard of the word sleep ?

OK. If I offer a difficult flag and the person already has it - many times - I will not arrange it. Unless you have given me a new flag. Which you have not.

I prefer to give flags to people who do not yet have them. Simple. There are many people here who want 5000 visits a day in return for a new flag. I just give them for nothing.
