Lars, what Tygdym means is that Burundi people may be wrongly counted as Rwanda...

I understand, but I say that this IP belongs to Rwanda (easy to check), but Flag Counter evaluates it as Burundi and shows me the flag of Burundi. 
The same situation:
there is an IP 194.154.200.21 belongs to Luxembourg but Flag Counter considers it the French one...

well that can happen. At the moment my normal IP when i go in Internet is 600km away from where I am....
