That is not totally correct. They will be counted if the access your site and if they allow the Flag Counter image to be displayed.

Visited from Iowa. Moved here a few months ago after living on Capitol Hill (near the Folger and behind the Supreme Court building) after 30 years. Hope you enjoyed the cherry blossoms. Were always great to see.
