Running tally of new flags, as they're added?

Is there an easy way to track new flags as they are added to my list?

I have had visitors from 146 countries and have 427 flags.  On my overview I can see the newest country.  I'd like to see all new countries since [date x / when I last checked].  It would also be great if I could see all new flags (including subnational) added since [date x / when I last checked].

I know that I can look at my "Countries" list, at the "Last New Visitor" column, starting from the bottom of the list, since any new country will only have 1 or 2 visitors.  I can then manually compare that to a separate tally I have of visited countries from last time I checked.

That is, however, tedious, time consuming, and prone to human error.  Also, if I want to track individual flags, I then have to expand each country and repeat the process for regions.

I use FC (Pro) on my blog.  I'd like to post a short welcome message each time I get a first visitor from a new country, and maybe even from a sub-national region.  Today I could post "Welcome, Ethiopia and Paraguay!"

Thanks for any advice.
