Need freedom loving readers - not flags.
When I put up my blog I did so because I think I have information vital to understanding the forces enslaving the peoples of the world. Because I live in the United States, much is oriented to the U.S., but it applies to most of the world. The same people who rule the U.S. rule most of the world - that includes so-called Communist countries.
Please do not visit just to leave a flag. Flags in my counter will not stop global tyranny. Read the information, especially the two posts I've stressed in each blog. See if you can relate it to events affecting your own country.
Thanks!

if you want people to read and interact with your blog maybe you should also understand that many of them do not understand all the words in English, try to create something for the nations that make many visits in their own language so as to involve them. .. I'm one of them.
congratulations and greetings.

I have had a look at your blogs and read some of the posts - I agree with vagabonzo re the language problem, perhaps you could add a translator to each page so everybody can check them out, don't forget that not everybody has a Google translator.
Another observation I would make is that you are requesting readers not flags - yet you have posted in the Request Flags forum. Surely either the General Discussion or Politics forums would have been more suitable.

Re: Need freedom loving readers - not flags.
My thanks to vagabonzo and llandewi for their language suggestions. I would like very much to be able to do that but, unfortunately, it's not possible.
In the United States, we don't often have occasion to use a foreign language unless we are in import/export or maybe travel. I had Spanish in Grammar School, but I've had no reason to use it unless I want to eavesdrop (listen secretly) on Puerto Ricans here. They usually speak much better English than I Spanish so it's pointless to try to struggle through a conversation in Spanish when English would be easier for both.
I spent 29 months as a soldier in Germany and once spoke fairly decent German. A couple of years later, I hitch-hiked and rode a bicycle through Europe for almost a year. For about 3 months of that I lived in Stuttgart. While there, I started learning Italian and Spanish through “Dreizig Stunden Italienisch" and “Spanisch in Dreizig Stunden." I did this so I wouldn't forget German while learning the others. Needless to say, I didn't learn that much in this way, because, after leaving Stuttgart, I was traveling most of the time and getting no opportunity to converse.
In the last 40 years, I have had no opportunity to converse in any other language but English. As a result, I've forgotten most of my German. I discovered a German blog “Alles Schall und Rauch." I liked what I could understand of it and started to try to relearn German. I realized that I just didn't have time for that. I tried a couple of translators, but found I had to spend almost as much time translating the translations. If I hadn't had some grounding in German, I would have thought the site gibberish (nonsense). For that reason, I'm not putting a translator on my blogs.
Llandewi, I think this is the most appropriate place to ask for readers (visitors). Isn't that the idea of asking for flags? If the only purpose is to say, “ha, ha, I've got more flags than you, then I think there are some very childish people here. As to starting a thread in another forum, what topic should I use? It would seem a very long topic would be needed to cover everything in my blogs. Of course, I could just make up topics to cover each, but that would make me too much like some of the spammers that show up here from time to time, just trying to get more visitors because they are making money off of it. I thank you for the suggestion, but I'll pass on it for now. BTW, I remember your site from a long time ago. It's a good one, especially for transportation hobbiests.

aventura experience, thanks for the suggestion. I'll admit I'm a little worried about that translator's terms of use. It seems like I may be giving away a lot more than they are. I'm also concerned because it uses a Google base and I've tried Google's translator in the past and it was terrible. Maybe it's better now. I don't know.
Is that the translator on your page? It seems to work very well.

I tried translating a portion of your site with IM Translator, but it came out nonsense.
I was in Tokyo for a couple of days about 44 years ago.
