You'll notice at the very top of the page, above the greyish/blue band (with contains the orange Blogger logo, the search bar, the words: Follow Share Report Abuse Next Blog), the greyish/blue band is supposed to be positioned right immediately at the top.

But you'll see that there is a small amount of space (around 8 pixels?) between the top of the screen and where the band begins.  Can anyone tell me where in the blogger HTML editing I should go to correct this?
