Hi folks

What techniques/strategies do you have to increase traffic to your sites?  For me, the primary philosophy is:

1. Good content.  I think my site's content is unique on the web.  Outside of all "gimmicks", quality is ultimately the critical criteria to drive success.

As for other ideas,

2. Has anyone here tried to organize some link exchanges?  We could have a thread devoted to that.  It's not hard and in theory, should improve the participant's page rank.  It doesn't have to be obvious - links as small as a period (.) can be used to link to other sites.

3. I post a lot on Facebook on relevant "Group" and "Like" pages.
