Moving site to new server

My site MissingPortraits.info [I suggest you DON'T use that url] has been hosted during development at http://www.resurgam.info/MissingPortraits/index.html and Flag counter can be seen at Home > About. It is ready and now at http://ccgi.nehoc.plus.com where the domain will point, but the PHP scripts don't work there under Contact so I can't point it yet.

My question is when the site is remover from the first server will FC work at the new location? Can anyone not from the UK, US, France or the Philippines visit http://ccgi.nehoc.plus.com so I can easily tell?

A further question - I did not register it when I installed it - is it possible now or would I need to start over?

Many thanks, CC

Re: Moving site to new server

As long as you put the same Flag Counter code on the new location, it will continue counting hits from where it left off on the old one. FC doesn't care where it's hosted or what your domain is; it just counts who viewed your FC image.

Re: Moving site to new server

Thanks good to know as I am having to move the site quite a bit at the moment to test it.
