I've been stuck on 162 flags for the longest time. On the countries you've donated above, Papua New Guinea would be new for me. I've never made a wish list so I'm not sure what is out there that I'm missing, but I know I miss Andorra, the Vatican (I visited the this summer, but found no way to get on line), Antarctica (I've friends the right now, but their visits only generate flags from the nationality of the base they're on, so I've no idea how that works), and of course, a lot of other countries missing as well.
I really appreciate any help to can give me to expand my known universe

Yep, everyone will get the same error because your counter blocks direct visits from the forum. To get flags from other members in the forum, one must copy and paste the link and not click it directly. I just tried it and it worked.
