Flagcounter on Facebook
Hi.....
I need some help....my flag counter on my facebook page isn't working at all...not sure how to fix it....
it tells me I haven't had a new visitor since September...I know this is not correct ....I have new friends posting every day almost.
I tried to click on the counter to access the flagcounter.com page with the updated list of my visitors and then click on the option "regenerate html". When I did this and then I chose the option to post the new list to my page, an old (not updated) version appeared. I repeated the operation adding the number of pages visited and so it worked. Unfortunately, now I have the same problem (no data updating) even if I add this last option.
Please help

Re: Flagcounter on Facebook
Facebook records only US visits. It has something to do with their policy or something...
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

Re: Flagcounter on Facebook
OK I failed to comprehend you entirely Are you saying that by regenerating the code and changing a parameter or two it started working again?
I'm not familiar with flag counter & facebook, but I recommend you read the following (latest) topics about the problem:
Looks like visitors are recorded as if coming from the US, just like holland25h said.
But since it's been 2 months since those two last discussions on Facebook & Flagcounter maybe there's been some improvement/update/news on the matter.. for that I'll leave my forum colleagues to answer

Re: Flagcounter on Facebook
They do not. The world flags probably come from other sites their flagcounter is posted on. Facebook records only US flag.
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

Re: Flagcounter on Facebook
Facebook loads external images, including Flag Counter, through a US based proxy, and then seems to serve a cached copy. For this reason, Flag Counter will not work there.
There used to be a way to add Flag Counter to a "box" on a Facebook "page" (not a profile), but that appears to have been discontinued.
