    Flags not matching IP addresses

    ISPs address from non USA country how up as USA flag as ISP pipe comes from USA. Can you improve and show correct ISP location by flag? Because when you click on whois, it show country where user reside. Where is the problem, pleasE??

    Do you use other analitical tools that show IP addresses? Because I don't think Flag counter Pro has IP logging
