My bet is they didn't load your Flag Counter image and thus weren't counted. Your website is very intense both with graphics and other small widgets, so maybe they pressed back halfway. To be counted, fc image needs to load.
Or they were counted as something other than you expected. I get daily visits from Bangladesh, so don't know where's the problem.. could you tell us what other traffic counters are you using and if you can share some IP address from that area, maybe they're using Satellite connection or one of the neighbouring ISPs.

So the flagcounter is set on the sidebar, meaning any page you enter, it's there, or do you have any page inside haiti.fm where the counter is not visible? In that case it won't count visitors but Google analytics will probably count them.

Anyway, I'm not sure how Wimax portable is recognised by the Flagcounter, but okay, you got the flag at least
