There are two flagcounters with "9me", one on 3rd & the other on 7th server. How does your counter start? http://s0x.flagcounter.com... (x - server)
I assume it's the one on the 7th: http://s07.flagcounter.com/more/9me 

Back to your question, it's possible that your counter was indeed reset or that you've generated a completely new counter (by flagcounter's or your mistake). Do you remember if it was 9me before the reset as well?

Jeremy, flagcounter developer, will look into it and return back the visitors if the problem was on flagcounter's side.

You cannot transfer visits from one counter to another & now that you've upgraded your 9me account to Pro version, stick with it
