I have the same problem with meme. few countries like Canada, Netherland, Chile, China, Brazil and New Zealand had not appear on my flag counter. Some have revisited couples of time. Can this be fixed?

simply said: people from those countries haven't visited your blog since September 19 (when you put your flagcounter) OR they were counted as something other than you expected.
Besides, I think blogspot is prohibited in China.

Thanks Notturno. That means the flag counter doesn't work perfectly as it involved quite a number of countries. I had sent my post to my friend in China, I presume my blogspot stat count on China belongs to my friend.

No, flagcounter works perfectly, it's just that you haven't had other visitors than those in your stats! 
In China they use proxy servers from another country to enter blogspot.
Can you write here all the countries shown in your blogspot stats since Sept 19?

Countries shown on my blog stat are Malaysia, Singapore, US, Australia, Canada, Chile, ,Hong Kong, Vietnam, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Nepal, Netherlands , New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, China, Indonesia and Taiwan.

If some visitors were not being counted, it's one of three things:
1) They've already been counted in the past
2) They didn't load your Flag Counter image (pressed stop or back before the image loaded)
3) They were counted as something other than you expected

But I have regular visitors from Canada and Chile, but these flags is not on display?
or
