Best Suggestion to increase visitors to my Flag Counter?
I would like more countries to visit my flag counter and i was wondering what was a good website or way to get more people from across the world to visit my flag counter?

a good place is in the social networks, like Facebook, MySpace...
but most people post it in Last.Fm...

You can use the same code and put it on your signature in some forums, it all depends on your goal, do you want to know who visits your blog or are you just interested in collecting flags. You can do some Internet search to find out where flag collectors put duplicates.
Some traffic exchange sites can be used to increase traffic, some even enable country specific targetting.

Do you know any good traffic exchange sites to get some rare flags?
f.e.
this Russian site (Satya has posted some others) is useful if you need ex-USSR republics (almost all are possible)
every flag is welcome
