Question about Returning Visitors
I know that a few of the people that visit my site regularly count as new visitors every time they visit. Why does this happen? One of them even has cookies turned on. I know this because I use gostats on my website which gives details of visitors.

Often users have software such as anti-virus or spyware programs that think that all cookies are "evil" and deletes them. If the user doesn't have our cookie when they return, they'll be counted again.
