Flagcounter cannot determine the location because they use some satellite. Recently I had one visitor from Vanuatu according to Feedjit and it was registered as Unknown Satellite Provider by Flagcounter. The same seems to happen with East Timor. But it could come from anywhere in the world. The algorithm used by the counter is not yet fine enough to determine the location of the visitor.
