There are 83 not 89 Federal Subjects of The Russian Federation

Chita is wrong,

Chita Oblast and Agin-Buryat Autonomous Okrug merged in 2008 to become Zabaykalsky Krai the flag is right and anyone who has collected visitors from chita are still right, its just Name that is wrong.

Collected 75 so far and that's the only error i have come across so far
