i saw at a flagcounter pro that the russian regions Pskov and Tula dont have a flag...

Yeah i saw that on mine too that they dont seem to have flags only coat of arms

Tula's flag has been updated. Pskov, however, does not appear to have an official flag. If anyone finds differently, please let me know.

Lol wikipedia has the names in all 3 baltic laguages!
Latvian: Pleskava, Estonian: Pihkva, Lithuanian: Pskovas
