Counting Error
I feel like some statistics are calculated with different time zones which causes unusual discrepancies.
For example:
My Overall Flag Counter:
Daily Breakdown
Date New Visitors Flag Counter Views
June 27, 2010 11 37
My USA Visitors:
Daily Breakdown
Date New US Visitors
June 27, 2010 14
So I had 11 new visitors on June 27th, yet I had 14 new USA visitors.

The US and World Flag counters use a different time cutoff.

Those statistics are both from the World Flag counter.
The USA visitors are from when I click on the chart next to USA

At this time there is a different time cutoff for that update as well.

Shouldn't the times be the same for uniformity in the stats? Are there plans of making it the same?
What are the different times anyway?

It's complicated. 
The system begins running at midnight GMT and updates all the daily numbers (overall pageviews and uniques). When that finishes, it moves onto the individual countries. We will eventually merge the systems, but it is not a high priority, considering you're the first to even mention it (or maybe even notice)

We're working on merging these systems now
s01 is going to be first, and the rest of the servers will follow, provided tonight's update goes well.
Please let us know of any problems on s01. This will hopefully resolve the issue some users have been seeing of dates being skipped as well.

You may see your individual country numbers a bit lower for today, since they will be updating several hours earlier.
