San Marino and Lichtenstein and malta will be impossible, we have found in the past with Micronesia that small countries are impossible.

there isnt a minimum size but like when we tried to do Micronesia regional flags the country is just too small. maybe it will be different for another country,

A lot flags have Mongolia - its good choice. All flags is very hard to get
Papua have flags too - all is to hard get :/
We dont have any oceania regional flags and asia :/
