I agree with roddersnavy. Ukraine and South Africa would be great. Also India.

Mongolia 21 flags (very had get all)
Belarus 7 (crests)
Birma 14 flags(very hard get all)
Bulgaria 28 (crests the capitol cities)
Montenegro 21 flags
Equador 22 flags
Estonia 15 crests
Kazachstan 17 crests
Lichtenstei 11 crests
Lotva 9 crests(the biggest cities)
Malta 68 crests
Papua New guinea 20 flags!!! (very hard get all)
