ISO Codes for the US only is at state level, it's impossible to break the US down to county level

Ah okay, so impossible until that would be changed, which probably ain't gonna happen
I really couldn't see the US changing their ISOs to the county level ( i agree it would be cool though), but some countries like France (96 Departments) and Spain (50 Provinces) are able to go to the local level.

btw what is this thing that regions have to be "added" to flag counter one country at a time... like why is it not possible that they're just available all at once (like in revolvermaps)
