Based on holland25's updated list and the hits on my own counter, I'd say Wales and Lebanon are most pressing.
Also perhaps Tunisia.

Well. Jordan has 2 regions alive. Serbia is terrible (might be better when Kosovo IPs are fully updated) and Taiwan is still a mess (18 new regions instead of 4 old ones, with 6 of them still counting as one of the old ones).

Or Ethiopia. It has more than a half alive now and YeDebub Biheroch Bihereseboch na Hizboch is one of them. Which is the best region name ever. EVER.
Or, and Karya will love me for this, Papua? It has at least 9 alive now.

Please, could you re-add Ethiopia? You did that with Bangladesh and look how awesome it is... I managed to get 2 new regions today on RM, and FC is a lot better (also, ISO)... Pleaseeee?
