Singapore, Brunei, Oman, Moldova, Madagascar, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Lebanon, Mozambique, Tunisia, Trinidad and Tobago, Nepal, Iran, Caribbean Netherlands or even (and I'm really not joking) Sao Tome or Sierra Leone? 
Where are the good old times when you used to add a country almost every 2 weeks and sometimes even two in one day? That actually persuaded me to go pro... With ISO your possibilities are not that limited anymore... There's about 30 countries that have ISO and don't have FIPS. We really don't mind having countries that have currently impossible regions, since they might come back later
